Write a short paragraph describing your sporting hero. Who is he/she? Why are they your favourite sportsman?
My sporting hero is Valerie Adams. She is my sporting hero because she gives me hope and sometimes I feel like she inspires me to never give up and to try my best at all the things I do. I feel like she is helping me do the things that I can’t do that is why she is my sporting hero.

ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful tribute to Valerie Adams. I am sure that she would feel very special if she knew just how inspirational she is for you (and many others). I think that she's an incredible sportsperson. She's very talented and yet very humble and hard working. I hope that she is able to maintain her form and complete at the Olympics in Tokyo in 2020. So far she has already won a total of 3 Olympic medals (2 gold and 1 silver). I'd love to see her add to that total.
Do you think that she will compete in Tokyo in the 2020 Summer Olympic games?
I really hope so :)
